MUFG-backed platform Infra.Market bags $83m series G ahead of IPO
Infra.Market, a Thane-based online construction materials marketplace, has raised 732 crore rupee (US$83 million) in series G funding as it prepares for an IPO.
The round was led by NKSquared, the family office of Nikhil Kamath, with Silverline Homes—linked to co-founder Aaditya Sharda—making the largest investment.
Tiger Global, along with existing investors Accel, Evolvence India, and Nexus Ventures, also joined the round.
Reports said the latest funding values Infra.Market at 24,600 crore rupee (US$2.96 billion), or about US$2.7 billion.
The company plans to file its draft red herring prospectus with India’s market regulator within weeks, with the IPO expected later in 2025.
Infra.Market connects construction material suppliers with contractors and real estate developers and operates 250 manufacturing plants across 55 Indian cities.
The company reported 14,530 crore rupee (US$1.75 billion) in revenue and 378 crore rupee (US$45.5 million) in profit after tax for FY24.
