Monday.com joins $50m series B for Israeli AI platform Guidde
Guidde, an AI digital adoption platform based in Tel Aviv, announced an oversubscribed US$50 million series B funding round led by PSG Equity, with participation from monday.com and previous investors including Norwest, Entrée Capital, Qualcomm Ventures, and Inkberry Ventures.
The funding will help expand deployment of its platform, designed to train both human employees and AI agents by creating video-based documentation through recorded workflows.
The company said in a press release it has more than 4,500 customers, including Nasdaq, SentinelOne, Anheuser-Busch, Bayer, and Yahoo.
Guidde reported 3x annual revenue growth for three consecutive years and over 90% customer retention.
Guidde’s technology observes how employees work across more than 50,000 applications and millions of workflows, integrating documentation directly within enterprise apps and making it available to AI agents via its API.
The company’s approach addresses AI adoption challenges by helping employees and AI agents work reliably with structured workflows.

🧠 Food for thought
Implications, context, and why it matters.
Guidde grows by serving teams stuck between legacy tools and startups
- Guidde calls itself an “AI Digital Adoption Platform” (ADAP). It goes past on-screen tooltips and captures day-to-day know-how through video 1.
- It pitches a middle option between incumbents like Whatfix and newer products. Guidde cites estimated total cost of ownership above $100,000 to $200,000 over three years for Whatfix, while some newer tools reserve single sign-on (SSO) for their top-priced plans 2.
- The pitch fits mid-market firms that want enterprise-grade security. Guidde says Whatfix deployments can take 8 to 16 weeks 2.
- A freemium plan reduces the friction to get started. The company reports 4,500 customers, helped by product-led adoption across businesses of many sizes 3.
Guidde turns training content into process data for AI agents
- Guidde’s funding points to a bottleneck in AI rollouts. 78% of firms use AI, yet many still lack readiness, which raises the value of hands-on training 4.
- The platform helps teams learn new software workflows with less back-and-forth.
- It also turns those workflows into structured, video-based process documentation that is accessible through an application programming interface (API).
- Autonomous AI agents need step-by-step “how-to” data to run tasks across thousands of applications. That demand could create a market for machine-focused training material.
