Mistral launches AI model for Arabic languages
Paris-based AI startup Mistral has launched a new language model named Mistral Saba, specifically designed for Arabic-speaking regions.
The model contains 24 billion parameters and aims to improve interactions in the Arabic language.
The model is also effective with South Asian languages such as Tamil and Malayalam, due to linguistic and cultural ties with the Middle East.
The model is available through an API and can be deployed on-premise.
