Meta has appointed John Hegeman as its new chief revenue officer, filling the role for the first time since David Fischer’s departure in 2021.

Hegeman will manage initiatives supporting small and medium-sized businesses on Meta’s platform for commerce.

Hegeman will report to chief operating officer Javier Olivan.
