Cloud manufacturing startup, CapGrid Solutions, raised US$5 million in an extended series A round led by Anicut Growth Fund, with participation from Nexus Venture Partners, Axilor Ventures, and angel investors.

Founded in 2021, CapGrid specializing in manufacturing precision parts for industries like EVs and automotive, serving OEMs and Tier-I suppliers through its AI-driven supply chain platform.

This follows a previous US$3.3 million raised through an extended series A via compulsory convertible preference shares.
