Malaysian firm NationGate denies link to Nvidia fraud

Malaysia’s NationGate Holdings denied any link to a Singapore fraud case involving Nvidia chips, stating the case concerns an unrelated cloud partner.

The company reaffirmed its commitment to transparency and regulatory compliance, pledging to monitor the situation closely.

NationGate also responded to Bursa Malaysia’s inquiry, stating it was unaware of any factors behind its recent stock decline.

On Mar. 3, NationGate shares fell 29.73% to 1.30 ringgit (US$0.29), hitting the limit down, with 48.85 million shares traded.
