Lalamove survey finds 48% of Singapore firms use AI
Lalamove Singapore, the Singapore arm of Hong Kong-based delivery platform Lalamove, said a survey of more than 300 business users in Singapore found 48% used AI tools or automation as they prepared for 2027.
Among respondents, 35% were optimistic about Singapore’s business prospects in 2027. Meanwhile, 36% expected delivery demand to rise, while 54% expected it to stay steady.
The survey also found that 44% of respondents reported a greater need for on-demand or same-day delivery than in 2025. Separately, a regional market report described the same-day delivery segment as growing across Asia Pacific.
A separate estimate put AI adoption among Singapore small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) at 14.5%. However, this figures is not directly comparable with Lalamove’s combined AI or automation measure. Singapore also regulated platform workers under the Platform Workers Act.
