KPMG to invest $100m in AI, collaborates with Google Cloud
KPMG, global network of professional firms providing audit, tax and advisory services, plans to invest US$100 million over the next four years to advance its enterprise AI services.
This initiative will involve collaboration with Google Cloud, focusing primarily on internal AI projects utilizing Google’s technologies.
Steve Chase, KPMG’s vice chair of AI and innovation, said the investment aims to develop AI agents and train staff in the technology’s use.
KPMG is expanding AI and cloud services to meet client needs.
This includes a US$2 billion commitment over five years with Microsoft’s cloud offerings made earlier in July 2023.
