Korean Air has signed an MOU with US defense contractor Anduril Industries to develop autonomous aerial vehicles (AAVs) in South Korea and the US.

Korean Air has been advancing AAV technology, including medium-altitude unmanned aerial vehicles for the South Korean military, while Anduril specializes in AI, drones, and data analytics.

The partnership aims to strengthen South Korea’s defense sector and expand opportunities for domestic firms in the global unmanned vehicle market.
