Klarna hits $1.1b revenue in record Q4 2025

Klarna reported its first billion-dollar revenue quarter for Q4 2025, with revenue reaching US$1.1 billion and GMV hitting US$38.7 billion, driven by increased adoption of its banking services.

The company’s banking consumer base doubled to 15.8 million year-over-year, generating an average of US$107 per user, up from US$30. Active Klarna Card users rose to 4.2 million.

Revenue in the US increased 58% year-over-year, with 29 million US consumers now served.

Provisions for credit losses declined to 0.65% of GMV in Q4, indicating improved underwriting.
