KKR to sell Singaporean logistics firm Goodpack for $1.8b

Private equity firm KKR & Co is poised to sell Singapore-based logistics provider Goodpack for a valuation of around US$1.8 billion.

Sources familiar with the matter say KKR has enlisted Deutsche Bank and Rippledot as advisers, with the formal sale process expected to begin in the coming weeks.

Goodpack has been under KKR’s ownership since 2014 after the latter acquired it for around US$985 million.

KKR’s decision to sell follows a previous attempt that stalled due to pandemic-related disruptions affecting business operations and market valuations.

Both KKR and Deutsche Bank have not publicly commented about this matter.
