KKR is investing in Infobric, a Sweden-based software firm serving the construction sector, according to sources.

The deal will make KKR a significant shareholder alongside Stirling Square, which currently holds the majority stake, and Infobric’s management.

The transaction values Infobric at about €600 million (US$702 million), according to people familiar with the matter.

Infobric, headquartered in Jönköping, develops software used by 450,000 app users across the Nordics and the UK.

Stirling Square acquired its majority stake in Infobric in 2023.
