Yoshiaki Murakami’s daughter co-founds Singapore VC firm
Kadan Capital has officially launched in Singapore, co-founded by Rei Murakami Frenzel and Felix Frenzel. The two are the daughter of Murakami Family Foundation’s founder Yoshiaki Murakami and a former Antler investment manager, respectively.
Kadan Capital intends to invest in early-stage Asian companies, focusing on fintech, software as a service (SaaS), and artificial intelligence. Investments will range from US$500,000 to US$1 million.
The VC firm aims for companies in Singapore, Indonesia, Japan, Saudi Arabia, and the United Arab Emirates.
