Tokio Marine Holdings is collaborating with OpenAI to develop AI agents for data analysis and customer service, according to a report.

The Japanese insurer will use OpenAI’s technology to support product planning and respond to customer inquiries.

A Tokio Marine unit also plans to use the technology to develop strategies for sales branches across Japan.
