Jack Ma, the founder of Alibaba Group Holding, visited the company’s campus in Hangzhou, China’s Zhejiang province, according to employees.

This marks Ma’s first known return since March 2023 when he visited a local school he founded.

Ma stepped down as executive chairman in 2019 and has maintained a low profile since 2020.
