IvyCap Ventures leads $8m series A for HR tech startup TraqCheck
TraqCheck, a London-based HR tech startup with an office in New Delhi, has raised US$8 million in a series A round led by IvyCap Ventures, with participation from IIFL.
The company, founded in Delhi, is building what it calls a Human Operating System—a deeptech layer of specialised AI agents designed to collaborate like human teams.
Instead of relying on recruiters to manually source candidates, screen resumes, and coordinate background checks across multiple tools, TraqCheck’s agents handle these workflows end to end.
The new funding will support its expansion into Europe and drive wider adoption among SMB and enterprise clients for its background screening agent, Trace.
It will also help scale go-to-market efforts for Nina, its recently launched real-time conversational sourcing agent.
TraqCheck was founded by Jaibir Nihal Singh and Armaan Mehta.
