Iterative, a Singapore-based venture capital firm, has launched its first Scale Program targeting seed and series A startups in Southeast Asia.

The six-week program offers investments of US$1 million to US$2 million for companies with over US$500,000 in annual revenue.

The initiative is designed to help founders transition from early-stage operations to scalable business models, a challenge it identified as especially common in the region.

The program includes a one-day kickoff, weekly one-on-one office hours, and bi-weekly group sessions for participating companies.

Applications are open to both current portfolio companies and external startups.

The first cohort will begin on November 4, 2025.
