Bending Spoons, a Milan-based tech company that buys and runs digital businesses, listed on Nasdaq this week and briefly reached a market value of more than US$25 billion.
Its market cap remains above its last private valuation of US$11 billion.

In a filing, Bending Spoons said its products served more than 500 million monthly active users and over 9 million monthly paying customers as of March 2026. It also reported US$1.31 billion in 2025 revenue.

These changes included WeTransfer’s stricter limits on its free plan and the layoff of Filmic’s entire staff in 2023.
The listing also comes as European companies continue weighing US markets.
A New Financial report found that nearly 90% of European initial public offerings in the past decade stayed on domestic exchanges, while 70% of European companies that moved to the US trade below their listing price.
