Momentick, an Israeli company focused on emissions intelligence, has raised US$5 million in funding to develop emissions risk management solutions for the insurance sector.

The funding round, led by FinTLV Ventures and supported by Menomadin Foundation and TAU Ventures. This follows a successful proof-of-concept with Sompo Japan.

The company’s platform uses satellite technology to detect methane emissions globally, provides real-time data for emissions monitoring and risk analysis.
