Israel’s CyberArk revenue rises ahead of $25b Palo Alto deal
CyberArk posted a 43% rise in Q3 revenue to US$342.8 million as it prepares for a US$25 billion acquisition by Palo Alto Networks.
The Israeli cybersecurity firm saw subscription revenue climb 60% to US$280.1 million, with annual recurring revenue reaching US$1.3 billion, up 45% year-on-year.
CyberArk reported a GAAP operating loss of US$50.1 million, compared to US$11.1 million in the same period last year, mainly due to acquisition and integration costs.
Non-GAAP operating income rose to US$64.8 million, with a 19% margin, up from 15% last year.
Net income increased to US$64.9 million, or US$1.20 per share, from US$0.94 per share in Q3 2024.
The Palo Alto Networks merger is expected to close in the second half of Palo Alto Networks’ fiscal 2026.
