Package.ai, a company specializing in AI-driven logistics solutions, has raised US$14 million in a series A funding round led by Susquehanna Growth Equity.

This marks the company’s first institutional investment since its founding in 2017.

Based in Tel Aviv and New York, Package.ai employs about 20 staff members and serves clients like Ashley DSG, Big Sandy Home Furnishings, and Yale Appliance.

The platform helps retailers modernize operations and improve customer engagement through AI-driven delivery and communication technology.

This funding will help Package.ai approach profitability while maintaining a stable customer base.
