Israeli VC firm Vintage raises $920m in new capital

Israeli venture capital firm Vintage Investment Partners, has raised US$920 million in new capital, bringing its assets under management to more than US$4.8 billion. The firm has offices in Tel Aviv, London, and New York.

Vintage said the fundraising reflects rising demand for liquidity as startups remain private longer. It also said some AI companies are reaching significant scale before an initial public offering.

Vintage invests in venture funds, buys existing stakes in funds and private companies, and joins financing rounds alongside the fund managers it backs.

The fundraising came with leadership changes. Tzlil Kovetz and Ilan Leiferman were promoted to partner, while Brachie Sprung was appointed chief investor relations officer.
