Israeli VC firm Remagine secures $25m for AI, digital startups
Remagine Ventures, a Tel Aviv-based venture capital firm, has closed its second pre-seed fund at US$25 million amid the ongoing Israel-Hamas conflict.
The firm focuses on early-stage investments in Israeli startups developing AI infrastructure, agents, and applications for the digital economy.
Remagine Ventures said it has already made 12 investments from the new fund over the past two years, including stakes in Troup AI, Keewano.com, and Bridge.
Some portfolio companies have attracted follow-on investment from global funds such as Andreessen Horowitz, General Catalyst, and Insight Partners.
Founded in 2018, Remagine Ventures initially targeted media, entertainment, gaming, and commerce sectors but has now expanded its focus to a wider range of digital economy ventures.
The new fund is backed by strategic investors and executives from North America, Europe, and Asia.

🧠 Food for thought
Implications, context, and why it matters.
Remagine’s AI move follows its entertainment-tech playbook
- Remagine moved from entertainment tech into AI infrastructure 1 with a playbook from its media and digital bets 2. Fund I backed early AI uses such as synthetic media (HourOne); visual search (Syte.ai) 2; and predictive analytics (Vault-ai) 2.
- $25 million points to a pre-seed focus over growth 1. Consumer exits (company sales or IPOs) create most value while enterprise deals close more often 3.
- The announcement left out Fund I metrics such as Total Value to Paid-In (TVPI) or Distributions to Paid-In (DPI), or notable exits. Fund II made 12 investments in two years 1, a pace that may mean spending early before Fund I results.
Israeli AI infra startups need non-dilutive help
- Pre-seed AI companies need GPU credits and cloud partnerships to build before product-market fit (repeatable customer demand). Mapping Remagine’s 12 portfolio companies creates chances for cloud providers and GPU marketplaces (platforms that rent access to graphics chips) to offer pay-later credits or usage-based terms.
- Enterprise design partners (large organizations that trial early versions) matter for AI agent (autonomous software that completes tasks) and infrastructure teams. B2B operators in finance, healthcare, or logistics can pilot with Remagine’s portfolio to learn about AI and help startups validate uses.
- MLOps (machine learning operations), security, and evaluation tool vendors face a tight buyer pool; focusing on Remagine-backed teams gives a path to market. Pre-seed AI startups will need observability (monitoring model performance plus behavior), safety testing, and deployment tools as they go beyond prototypes.
