Israeli startups secure $608m in October, Deel leads with $300m
Israeli startups raised US$608 million across 16 deals in October 2025.
The month’s funding was led by Deel, which secured US$300 million amid ongoing legal disputes.
Other large rounds included Sensi.ai with US$45 million, Hyro with US$45 million, and Omnix Medical with US$30 million.
Nine out of the 16 deals were early-stage rounds.
Notable investments included US$22 million for Reflectiz, US$11 million for Impala AI, US$10 million for Spacial, US$7 million for Wild Moose, US$16 million for CyberRidge, and US$20 million for Onfire AI.
Anchor Browser raised US$6 million, ARGU received US$2 million, Second Nature secured US$22 million, and OneLayer netted US$28 million.
Omnix Medical also raised US$25 million, Prisma Photonics secured US$30 million, and Corbel raised US$6.7 million.
Sensi.ai’s US$45 million round was aimed at expanding its AI platform for senior care.

- Reflectiz ($22 million), CyberRidge ($16 million), and OneLayer ($28 million) plan to hire security engineers. They will also grow sales teams. That opens doors for recruiting platforms, human resources (HR) tech, and go-to-market (GTM) enablement.
