Israeli startups raise $550m in Feb, quantum firm leads

Israeli startups secured more than US$550 million in funding across 13 deals in February 2025.

This represents an 85% increase compared to the US$293 million raised during the same month last year.

The largest deal was a US$170 million series C funding round by quantum computing firm Quantum Machines, which is now valued at US$700 million.

Other notable deals included Augury’s US$75 million funding for its industrial AI solutions and Blockaid’s US$50 million series B round focused on enhancing crypto security.

Smaller rounds included US$7 million in seed funding by Vayu and US$10 million raised by Sawmills for optimizing observability costs.

Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (AEV) firm Lowental Hybrid also secured a US$5 million seed round.

This funding surge indicates strong investor interest across various sectors, including AI, quantum computing, agriculture, and cybersecurity, among Israeli tech companies.
