Israel’s SolarEdge Technologies has named Shuki Nir as its new CEO, effective immediately.

Nir succeeds Ronen Faier, who had served as interim CEO since August 2024. Faier will remain with the company as an advisor.

Nir, formerly SolarEdge’s CMO, brings extensive experience from multinational technology firms, including a turnaround role at SanDisk.

This comes as the company has experienced revenue declines.
