Israel’s Priortech’s Access set for China IPO review
Priortech, an Israel-listed semiconductor holding company, said the Shenzhen Stock Exchange’s Listing Committee will review the initial public offering application of its chip packaging business Access on July 16 after years of delays.
If the exchange approves the application and the remaining regulatory process proceeds as planned, Access could complete its China listing by the end of September.
The company calls Access its advanced packaging business. Access develops semiconductor packaging solutions rather than manufacturing chips.
Priortech holds 74% of Amitec, which owns 40% of Access, giving the company an effective indirect stake of about 29.4%.
Under China’s registration-based IPO regime, exchange review comes before registration by the China Securities Regulatory Commission. The regulator is expected to decide within 20 business days of receiving the exchange’s opinion.
Access reported 2025 revenue of about US$290.6 million, net profit of US$42.7 million, and EBITDA of US$87.4 million.
Market estimates suggested Access could raise about US$200 million by selling up to 15% of its shares at an implied pre-money valuation of roughly US$1.1 billion, but Priortech has not confirmed those figures.
