FundGuard, an AI-powered investment accounting platform, has appointed Shali Mor as its new vice president of engineering.

Mor previously served as chief technology officer at CloudGuard, a subsidiary of Check Point.

He co-founded Protego and held senior positions at Check Point after its acquisition.

Mor also managed Research and Development teams at Cisco, showcasing his strong technology leadership.

Founded in 2018, FundGuard provides a SaaS platform for global financial institutions to manage investment portfolios, including mutual funds, Exchange Traded Funds (ETFs), and pension funds.

The company has raised US$150 million and employs 160 staff members, with its development center in Tel Aviv.
