Israeli fintech firm acquired by Italian company for $150m

Israeli fintech firm Morning has been acquired by Italian software company TeamSystem for approximately US$150 million, according to sources.

Co-founders Lior Wilczynski and Rami Gabai will each hold 30% stakes in Morning, while the Fortissimo investment fund, which invested US$20 million in 2021, owns 40%.

Morning, founded in 2011 as “Green Invoice,” provides SaaS-based invoicing and business management tools for small businesses, primarily in Israels, with around 150,000 customers.
