Israeli cybersecurity startup raises $20m series A

Token Security, a company focused on non-human identity security solutions, has secured US$20 million in series A funding round.

The round was led by Notable Capital, with participation from TLV Partners and executives from cybersecurity firms like Palo Alto Networks, CrowdStrike, Check Point, and Venafi.

This brings the startup’s total funding to US$27 million, just eight months after exiting stealth mode.

Based in Israel, Token Security helps organizations manage machine credentials across cloud, SaaS, and on-premises systems.

It maps machine credentials, tracks their usage, and links them to human owners, improving security measures, with clients include Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE) and the HR platform Hibob.

Founded by Itamar Apelblat and Ido Shlomo, Token Security addresses rising machine machine identity threats to enterprise systems.
