Israeli cybersecurity firm Semperis hits $100m in ARR

Israeli-founded cybersecurity firm Semperis announced it has surpassed US$100 million in annual recurring revenue (ARR) as of Jan 30.

The company, based in Hoboken, New Jersey, was established in 2013 by CEO Mickey Bresman, CTO Guy Teverovsky, and EVP Matan Liberman, who oversees its operations in Tel Aviv.

Semperis employs about 500 staff worldwide, with roughly 150 employees located in Tel Aviv.

The firm specializes in identity security solutions tailored for hybrid Active Directory (AD) environments often usedby Fortune 500 companies.

Its disaster recovery system is designed to identify, mitigate, and recover from cyberattacks to restore business operations.
