Israeli cybersecurity startup Rig Security has raised a US$12 million seed round led by Ten Eleven Ventures and Brightmind Partners as it emerges from stealth.

CrowdStrike’s Falcon Fund also participated through a strategic investment, alongside cybersecurity founders and executives including Wiz co-founder and CTO Ami Luttwak.

Founded in early 2025 by former Wiz employee Guy Kozliner, Rig Security said its platform identifies AI agents at endpoints, distinguishes their activity from that of the human or machine identity they use, and enforces policies in real time across cloud, on-premises, and identity systems.

The platform is available through the AWS Marketplace and CrowdStrike Marketplace.

Rig Security is entering what is increasingly treated as a distinct agentic security segment within the broader cybersecurity market, which also includes vendors focused on securing AI systems and models.

CrowdStrike said the Falcon Fund backs startups that extend its ecosystem and integrate with the Falcon platform, with opportunities to work together in the market.
