Israeli cybersecurity firm Dream raises $260m at $3b valuation
Dream, an Israeli AI and cybersecurity company serving governments and critical infrastructure operators, has raised US$260 million at a US$3 billion valuation.
The round was led by Bicycle Capital and Group 11.
Founded in 2023 by former NSO Group CEO Shalev Hulio, Gil Dolev, and former Austrian chancellor Sebastian Kurz. The company sells AI software for cyber resilience to governments and national cybersecurity agencies.
Dream is rolling out an on-premise AI platform for governments and state-owned enterprises seeking tighter control over data and infrastructure. The move comes as governments are tightening data-sovereignty requirements and launching sovereign AI projects.
Dream said sales have totaled almost US$300 million since it began commercial operations in late 2024. It plans to use the new funding to expand across Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and the Americas.
