The valuation marks a rapid rise from US$3 billion in November 2024 to US$6 billion in June 2025. That rose to US$9 billion in a US$400 million series F round earlier in 2026.
Founded in 2021 by Yotam Segev and Tamar Bar-Ilan, Cyera said its annual recurring revenue had tripled for three straight years.
The company said its total funding now exceeds US$2 billion.
Recent acquisitions have expanded Cyera’s platform. Ryft extended secure data access for AI agents, while Trail Security added AI-powered data loss prevention.
