Israeli cybersecurity firm Cyera eyes $1b Oasis deal

Israeli data security startup Cyera is reportedly in advanced talks to acquire Israeli cybersecurity startup Oasis Security for US$700 million to US$1 billion.

The deal would add Oasis, whose platform secures AI agents and other non-human identities, to Cyera’s broader data security and data security posture management platform, which also covers data access and real-time protection.

Cyera recently raised US$600 million at a US$12 billion valuation and has raised about US$2.3 billion in total.

The company also reportedly acquired Israeli startups Genie Security in May, and Ryft a month earlier.

Founded in 2022, Oasis has raised about US$195 million, including a US$120 million series B in March 2026, though that announcement did not disclose the startup’s valuation.

Oasis develops what it calls agentic access management for AI agents and machine identities.
