Israeli cybersecurity firm Claroty raises $150m at $3b valuation
Israeli cybersecurity company Claroty has raised US$150 million in a series F funding round, led by Golub Growth, with existing investors supporting an additional US$50 million.
The funding values the company at an estimated US$3 billion, an increase of about 80%.
Claroty, which develops cybersecurity solutions for critical infrastructure, plans to use the capital to expand globally.
CEO Yaniv Vardi said that attacks on hospitals and industrial systems have surged, with hospital attacks doubling in the past year.
He noted that many competitors in the sector have been acquired or are in the process of being acquired.
