Israeli cybersecurity startup raises $18m series A

Cybersecurity firm Prompt Security has raised US$18 million in a Series A funding round, aimed at enhancing its platform to protect enterprises from genAI threats.

The round led by Jump Capital included Hetz Ventures, Ridge Ventures, Okta, and F5.

Established in August 2023 by Itamar Golan and Lior Drihem, Prompt Security focuses on safeguarding applications and users from AI-related risks.

The firm, operating with 30 employees in Israel and the US, serves clients including some Fortune 500 companies.
