Israeli autonomous vehicle technology firm Mobileye reported a 15% year-on-year revenue increase in Q2 2025, reaching US$506 million.

Operating profit rose 21% to US$106 million, while net cash flow from operations hit US$322 million.

Net profit was 13 cents per share, excluding accounting expenses.

The company now holds US$1.7 billion in cash reserves.

Mobileye raised its full-year revenue forecast to between US$1.765 billion and US$1.885 billion, indicating 7% to 14% growth from 2024. This follows a revenue decline in 2024 and weaker results in 2023.

Mobileye has deals with Volkswagen and Uber to launch robotaxi services in Los Angeles and is also partnering with Lyft.
