PhaseV, an AI software company based in Boston and Tel Aviv, is improving the clinical development process for pharmaceutical and biotech companies.

Co-founded in 2023 by Dr. Raviv Pryluk and Elad Berkman, the startup has 23 employees and has raised US$15 million.

At Calcalist’s Mind The Tech conference in New York, Dr. Pryluk highlighted the challenges of clinical trials, noting a 90% failure rate. The process of bringing a drug to market can take over 10 years and cost more than US$3 billion.

PhaseV’s AI platform supports decision-making in clinical development to enhance trial execution and success rates.

The company aims to make clinical trials more efficient and ultimately benefit patients.

Recently, PhaseV was recognized by Qumra Capital as one of the Top 10 Israeli startups to watch in 2025.
