Israeli AI startup Decart, which develops large AI models focused on real-time video generation, is in advanced talks to sell the company for about US$6 billion to US$7 billion, according to a report.

The report said Nvidia had previously been in acquisition talks, but another international bidder later emerged and Decart’s founders chose to pursue that offer instead.

Possible bidders include SpaceX, Amazon, and Nebius, an Israel-linked cloud company, the report said. It did not identify a confirmed buyer.

Founded in 2023, Decart has raised about US$450 million, including a US$300 million round completed about three months ago at a valuation of roughly US$4 billion.
