Israeli AI startup AppFlyer secures $400m credit line

Bank Leumi has extended a US$400 million credit line to AppsFlyer, an Israel-based mobile marketing measurement and analytics company, after a June transaction that valued it at US$2.7 billion.

The June deal involved more than US$1 billion from Google, Meta, Unity, and Moloco. It was used mainly to give liquidity to long-time AppsFlyer investors selling part of their holdings.

AppsFlyer had announced investments from the four companies, saying the stakes were minority investments without control or exclusivity.

The new credit facility gives AppsFlyer more flexibility without requiring more equity financing that could dilute existing shareholders.

The company said it was profitable and cash-flow positive, had an annual recurring revenue run rate of about US$500 million, and employed about 1,300 people after layoffs cut about 7% of its workforce last year.
