Startup Perfect, based in Israel, has secured US$23 million in seed funding to develop its AI-driven recruitment platform.

The platform aims to enhance how companies source and hire employees.

The platform acts as a recruitment assistant, helping hiring teams draft job postings, select distribution channels, and manage inbound applications.

It is designed to compete with established tools such as Indeed, Recruiter, and LinkedIn.

Founded by Eylon Etshtein, who was previously associated with AnyVision, a facial recognition startup, Perfect was created out of a desire to address hiring challenges.
