Israeli AI firm UVeye raises $191m for global vehicle scans
UVeye, an Israeli company that specializes in AI-powered vehicle inspection systems, has raised US$191 million in funding.
This investment round includes a US$41 million equity investment led by Woven Capital, the growth fund of Toyota, with participation from UMC Capital and existing investors such as W.R. Berkley, Menora Mivtachim, More Investment House, and MyBerg.
Additionally, US$150 million was sourced from debt financing through Trinity Capital.
Founded in 2016, UVeye develops technology that conducts rapid, data-driven inspections of vehicles.
Its systems scan various vehicle aspects, including underbodies, tires, and exteriors, and are used globally by dealerships, fleets, and auction sites.
