Intel’s executive vice president, chief commercial officer resigns

Christoph Schell, Intel’s executive vice president and chief commercial officer, will leave the company on June 30, 2025 according to a filing with the US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC).

Schell, who joined Intel in February 2022, stated that he is pursuing another career opportunity.

Greg Ernst, corporate vice president of Intel’s sales and marketing division, will serve as interim leader, the company confirmed.

His resignation comes amid restructuring at Intel, led by CEO Lip-Bu Tan.

This includes selling non-core units and reorganizing the executive structure.
