Insilico, HLFM join forces on AI health models

Hong Kong-based Insilico Medicine Cayman TopCo, an AI drug discovery company, is partnering with privately held Human Life Foundation Models Inc to build AI foundation models for longevity research and earlier disease risk detection.

Insilico will provide computational tools, while Human Life Foundation Models is expected to add biological and genomic data from thousands of people.

The companies plan to commercialize the model for researchers and medical firms.

The deal reflects a broader biotech push into foundation models, but no drug primarily discovered by AI has yet reached the market.

The US Food and Drug Administration still treats aging as a natural process, pushing developers toward age-related disease targets or composite endpoints rather than aging itself.
