Insight Partners leads $32m series A for US AI compliance startup
Delve, an AI compliance automation startup, has raised US$32 million in a series A funding round led by Insight Partners.
This funding increases the company’s valuation to US$300 million, up from US$3 million during its seed round in January 2025.
Founded in 2023 by Karun Kaushik and Selin Kocalar, Delve uses AI to automate regulatory compliance processes.
The company’s services assist businesses in navigating regulations such as HIPAA, SOC 2, PCI, and GDPR.
Delve originally built an AI medical scribe but pivoted to compliance after facing healthcare hurdles, now offering tools that integrate with clients’ systems to manage audits and generate reports.
With clients including Lovable and Wispr Flow, Delve’s user base grew from 100 to over 500 in just six months.
The recent funding will help Delve expand its platform and investigate areas like cybersecurity, risk management, and internal governance.
Delve participated in Y Combinator’s program in 2024 and is backed by investors including General Catalyst, FundersClub, and Soma Capital.
