Insider, an AI-native omnichannel experience and customer engagement platform based in Abu Dhabi, has raised US$500 million in a Series E funding round led by General Atlantic.

The company aims to enhance its presence in the Middle East by investing 462 million dirham (around US$125.7 million) and creating 70 jobs in the United Arab Emirates by 2027.

The funding is expected to support its research and development efforts. Additionally, the funds will facilitate global marketing initiatives across its 28 operational regions.

Insider collaborates with brands such as Samsung, Emirates NBD, and Air Arabia to provide digital customer engagement solutions.
