InnoVen Capital SEA has invested in Rainforest, a Singapore-based ecommerce aggregator, according to the venture debt provider’s LinkedIn post on Monday.

The post does not specify the investment amount. It says the investment aims to enhance the firm’s efforts in acquiring and scaling brands focused on parenting and children’s products.

Founded in 2020, Rainforest has expanded its portfolio to include 17 brands.
