Former Infosys CEO’s AI startup Hang Ten raises $53m
Palo Alto-based Hang Ten, an AI startup founded in May by former Infosys chief executive Vishal Sikka, has raised an additional US$53 million in seed funding.
Xora, Temasek’s early-stage investment platform, led the round, bringing Hang Ten’s total funding to US$85 million.
The new round closed about five weeks after an initial US$32 million seed round.
Mayfield, which led the earlier round, also participated, along with investors including Yahoo co-founder Jerry Yang, and Intel chief executive Lip-Bu Tan.
Hang Ten advises large enterprises on AI strategy and helps them build and modernize software.
The new funding will support hiring in engineering, consulting, and sales.
Hang Ten is entering a crowded enterprise AI market.
Traditional consulting firms and AI model providers are expanding their services. Accenture and Anthropic partnered in 2025 to offer enterprise AI services across industries.
