Inflexor Ventures backs Indian healthtech firm with $6.8m
Butterfly Learnings, an Indian pediatric behavioral health startup based in Thane, Maharashtra, that serves neurodivergent children, said on August 19 it raised 650 million rupees (US$6.8 million) in a pre-series B round led by Inflexor Ventures.
Existing investors Enzia Ventures and Insitor Partners also took part.
The company said it will use the capital to expand beyond Maharashtra and develop its technology and AI tools.
It will also expand the use of its Get SET Early autism screening solution through hospitals and paediatricians and grow its therapist training program.
Butterfly Learnings said it began operations in 2021 and now runs more than 90 centers across more than 22 Indian cities.
The round follows a 320 million rupees (US$3.35 million) series A in April 2024 and comes as awareness of neurodevelopmental disorders grows in India, while access to structured, evidence-based care remains limited.
